Family Fun Night a Great Success!! Thank you to all that participated in Family Fun Night on March 9! It was a great success and we could not have done it without you!
FIS PTA Updates Keep Parents Informed about Legislation Important to Education Watch your child's backpack for Legislative Bulletins, which will detail education-related legislation moving through the state Senate and House of Representatives. In last month's. In last month's newsletter, the bulletin provided a short history of the PTA's advocacy in support of children and families. The article mentioned important issues currently being addressed in Nashville: school vouchers and whether superintendents should be elected or appointed.

Recyclables Take your recyclables to the green bin marked FIS. It's an easy way to help our school and save the planet! The bin is located in the lower parking lot. Bring: newspapers, magazines, catalogs, paper, junk mail, file folders.... DO NOT BRING: anything that is laminated or waxed, has crayon or glue on it, posterboard, paper containers, brown envelopes or construction paper. |
