Some old favorites like the silent basket auction, bake sale and student art show will be on hand along with newer games, crafts and inflatables. Among other new things, kids will get a chance to make "Space Goo" and even be able to "glow in the dark".

In addition to being a lot of fun, this is also the major fund raiser for the year. Proceeds support PTA programs throughout the year and enable the classroom technology upgrades on this year's teacher's wish list. So please join us!

Planning Help Still Needed:
All committees are hard at work and extra helping hand are welcome. Even a few hours at home making decorations or pre-packaging craft supplies can make a difference in getting ready. Please email Dacia Maxwell-Hix to get involved.

Everyone Can Play a Part:
The success of this event ultimately rests in the hands of each and every family at FIS. Even if you are not able to join a commitee, communications will come home in the backpacks and newsletters offering many other ways to get involved. Please support this important fundraiser however you can by contributing to the class baskets & jars, sending in baked goods, working a shift that night and by planning to attend on Feb 19th with your family to enjoy all the fun and take home a few goodies!
